    Anand Masali (Thursday, 19 September 2013 12:52)

    Sir,
Thank you very much of your work. Yesterday I have seen this website. I have been thinking about this type of website from two years. I am Anand from Bagalkot of Karnataka state. I am working at Basaveshwar engineering college as a Instructor from last thirty years. I am a god gift Astrologer. I have been working from twenty four years on Astrology. Our cast is not Vishwakarma ! Our cast is Vaishwakarmana ! We have to call us from today as VAISHWAKARMANA'S, Not VISHWAKARMAA'S. Because our God name is VISHWAKARMAA, But cast is VAISHWAKARMANA'S (Buddhaa-Bauddha, Shiva-Shaiva, Jina-Jaina,Vishnu-Vaishnava etc...).
My father's name was late hri Jeevanna Masali. He was a great Kannada author in Vaishwakarmanaa's. He has written more than thirty books and published more than twenty five. More important books are 1) Basavannanavara Poorvaashryama,2) Raamaayanadalli Vaishwakarmanaru,3)Mahaa Manu (Novel),4) Raavanaayanaa, 5)Nagavansha, 6)Mauneshwarara Vachanagalu(First writer & publisher on this), etc...
My father was a primary school Teacher & also he was publishing "Vishwadarshana weekly & daily news paper. He had made lot of work on Vishwakarma & Vaishwakarmana. Finally his end was suffering.
So god Vishwakarmaa bless you and your familly. You are doing very important work. You may ask any help by me in any time about this work.
    Thanking you sir,

    Dear Sir,
Your effort is very much appreciated. I like MR. Natarajan's article very much, we can improve only by uniting the parted organizations. if the organization is not financially sound, it should make awareness of the schemes and empowering measures provided by the govt.
    eg: http://keralaartisans.com/

a small suggestion , can you please add http://www.vishwakarmamahasabha.com/ too to the reference sites?
    thanks

    CR.Girijan Acharya (Saturday, 20 July 2013 12:27)

    Dear friend Nidheesh
Actually I doesn't want to write such a comment on "Karmabhumi" because I loved and promoted such a wonderful publication from the time of its inception by giving ads and news through this website vigorously. But only because of your comment appeared here I am forced to write a few words through this column. As stated earlier, I promoted the publication with a very warm heart but in return they neither they promoted my website in any manner nor by giving any small attention through their columns and that is why I removed all the ads and news items regarding Karmabhumi recently only.

And it is notable that no any organizations like VSS, KVS or such till the moment did not promote me, instead I get individual phone calls from all over India especially from North India daily. You can specially note that through this column only individuals write and react till now.
Really I work for my satisfaction and i am very happy now because every one love my website. I thank every body for giving me such warm appreciations...
    Regards to all
    CR.Girijan Acharya.

This is really a good observation and opinion to be followed and implemented at the earliest. If possible unite all the three organizations together and become one and lead the whole viswakarmas of Kerala in one name and try to be part of the all India organization.

    Ashok kumar (Monday, 10 June 2013 16:33)

Before aryans invation there was only one community, it was silpi (sculpture cvilization).probably they used to creat every things fore their day by day usage. mainly the magnetic point was temples. some people used to made selter roof by wood, some one made wall by stone, door locked by steel component, made idol for pray, some one made vessels. these all were required for temples as well as houses.every one help each other and lived without fighting. so weaponse was not nessassery to creat for fight eachother and this was the negative point when aryans attacked on this community.when aryans attack they migrate from indus valley to south side of the indian region. gradually they followed their craft.so they divided by five groups.
viswakarmas are the orginal brahmins because in order to construct a temple he has to be made every part of the temple including idol in his heart,so viswakarmas themself carrying as a temple.

be proud to be a viswakarma Brahmin

    a) Thanking our stars for the fact that some of the greates sages/cosmology & nonology scientists once walked our country and had an opportunity to transfer their knowledge to us
    b) try to revive those and spread those to the whole indian community & the world community - Doesnt the whole of veda say - "Seeing all as one is realising Brahman!"

    prasanth viswanath (Saturday, 08 December 2012 06:56)

i have a different opinion about viswabrahmins iam from kottayam who still practice veda adhyanam and vedic culture as per my opinion in vedic period there was no caste called viswakarmas there was only brahmins and viswakarma is one sect among them who follows brahma sampradayam or in other words in some point of time all brahmins were once called viswakarmas i can clear my point with references if you need. most of the people in our community claims that they are viswabrahmins without knowing the meaning of it that is actually pity because they are asking salary without doing job

Dr. jessie Mercay (Monday, 03 December 2012 08:24)

I read the DNA report you posted and the comment attached. I have seen this DNA research elsewhere and wrote to the author but got no response. I read the comment by K. Navapat Achary. "To my assessment of evolution of races, from the palaeolithic age to the pre-vedic ages, the five Viswakarman sects are a natural formation. It is sad that every caste in India is trying to find a
link to the Brahminic sect. Brahminism is only a off shoot fo the Viswakarma lineage, that is sinking into the history. "

In my research on origins of Brahmin caste it is generally agreed by scholars that they were originally fire tenders in ancient communities. They gathered wood etc. One day I asked my teacher, the late great Dr. V. Ganapati Sthapati what he knew about the origins of the Brahmins. He said that when he was a child sitting around the fire in the evening , the Sthaptis would tell stories. One story had to do with Architect Mayan. Mayan traveled to northern Indian with his students and followers. he formed a village and performed yagyas. He was called Vishwakarma Brahmin because he had the ability - through Ayadi to create energized forms of Brahmam. he needed some people to gather wood and feed the yagya fire and to keep the village clean so he hired some folks from another village who were from afganisthan and Iran. These people memorized mayan's chants and knowledge. The knowledge was that of his text the Pranava Veda and Aintiram. They did not fully understand the knowledge and they also reinacted the yajna. Sthapati went on to say that these people who were basically janitors took the knowledge and his chants back to their community. They also took the name vishwakarma brahmin but dropped the vishwakarma part and called their selves brahmins. Veda Vyasa then took their memorized chants and compiled them into what we know as the Veda. Vyasa gave credit to the Pranava Veda in his Bhagavadtam. I have done a great deal of research on Mayan the architect and all roads lead back to this story my guru Dr. V. Ganapati Sthapati told me. So I am in full agreement with Mr. K. Navapat Acharya. It is not the vishwakarma brahmins who are trying to be something they are not - it is the brahmins who are trying to be something they are not.

Sthapati holds that mayan the Architect is the same personage referred to as Vishwakarma.

Incidently, I find that the Veda are filled with teachings of architect Mayan. Once one understands what might be called Mayonic Science, one then can truly understand the Veda.
